Charcuterie

We started off with our, so called, 'English charcuterie' and, over the years, have perfected the art of more continental methods of curing, smoking and air drying.  As well as the old favourite ham, bacon, sausages, patés and pies we have salamis, chorizo, peppered lonza and coppa, nduja, air dried beef and our delicious port cured ham.
