Our kitchen at Hole Farm has always been an integral part of the business. More like a traditional 'grand hotel' kitchen than modern assembly line, production plant, we make everything we can from start to finish, just as you would at home but in much larger quantities. Pies, pasties, patés, preserves, soups, scotch eggs, dips, cooked meats, ready meals, oat cakes, flapjacks, brownies, tarts, granola, etc and more.
