How to order

Putting your shop together
All items have been catorgorised into easy-to-find areas on our website. Using the dropdown headings, you can access the areas that you desire and browse our items available.

Adding to your cart
Adding items to your cart couldn’t be simpler. When looking at the product click on the “Add to cart” button. You will be able to view as well as amend quantities on the cart page.

In your cart
Simply access the “Cart” page by clicking the trolly in the top right-hand corner of the page. Before moving to the checkout page, we will just need you to confirm your items and also select a delivery day and time slot of your choice at the bottom of the page. This will then grant you access to the check out page. (If you have not completed the delivery slot, you cannot move onto the checkout page).

Check out
On Check out you will be asked for your Personal information, stating your name, email address and home address. Please note that we can only complete this stage if your postcode is accepted in our designated delivery zones (All postcodes beginning with TQ10 9**, TQ11 0**, TQ13 7**, TQ9 6** or TQ9 5**).


Continue to shipping
With all details accepted your shipping method of £5 will be added (all orders over £50 will have free shipping). You can then continue to payment.


Payment
Here we will be asking for your card detail on the secure page powered by Shopify. If you would like to learn more about the privacy policy then go to https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy


Review order
This is the final opportunity to review and amend your order before payment is taken. Finally click the ‘Pay Now’ button to complete your transaction.


Order Confirmation
Once you have made your order and finished your transaction you will have a confirmation screen and your order will also be emailed to you. This will be itemized and will also include your delivery date and time slot that you have selected.
