Farmed, fermented and bottles in the Teign Valley. Outstanding traditional method (second fermentation in bottle) fizz made from the classic Champagne varieties (55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir & 10% Pinot Meunier). Stupendously good and great value. We couldn't believe it wasn't Champagne!
Ben and Lucy Hulland started planting their vineyard in the Teign Valley in 2007 and now have 6 hectares of vines. They're completely off grid and dependent on renewable energy. Ben trained at Plumpton College, centre of the UK wine industry, so he knows what he's doing.
